Tidal, a leading provider of queuing systems, is excited to announce that we have been awarded a new contract from an NGO to provide them with a queuing system for their vaccine center. The NGO in question is the National Guard Health Affairs (NGHA) and we are proud to be partnering with them in their efforts to deliver vital healthcare services to the community. As we all know, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of our lives, including the way we access healthcare services. The demand for vaccines has been incredibly high, and with limited resources, it is important to have a reliable and efficient queuing system in place to ensure that the process is as smooth and quick as possible. At Tidal, we understand the importance of queue management and have been providing innovative solutions for over a decade. Our queuing system is designed to optimize the flow of people, minimize wait times, and improve overall customer experience. With our queuing system in place, NGHA will be able to manage the flow of patients and reduce congestion at their vaccine center. Patients will be able to register, wait in a designated area, and then be called forward for their vaccination.
