Tidal's Solution An integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) system was implemented with custom enhancements, including: Automated schedule uploads through a mechanism that imports Excel work schedules and processes them automatically inside the system. Comprehensive technical integration with the existing medical system to ensure real-time synchronization of data between medical schedules, attendance, payroll, and entitlements. Sector-specific customization to support complex work patterns such as shifts, swaps, and emergencies, with any change automatically reflected across related systems.
